We are Sirene Srl, a weaving mill in Biella that has been in business since 1980. We produce decorative ribbons in Italy, with quality materials.

Do you weave everything internally?
Yes, we design and weave the ribbons in-house to ensure quality and continuity.

Can I order custom ribbons with logos or lettering?
Certainly. We make ribbons with custom printing of logos, phrases or graphics.

What types of printing do you offer?
We offer 6 types of printing: hot stamping, screen printing, two-color screen printing, foil screen printing, digital and laser, depending on the type of ribbon.

I need to make a logo ribbon in gold. What kind of printing can I choose?
Prints that allow the reproduction of logos and graphics in gold are:

1. Hot stamping-provides a defined and more economical result, but without a raised effect.

2. Foil embossing-more valuable, with glossy effect and relief perceptible to the touch.

I need to reproduce a Pantone color on a ribbon. Which print is the most suitable?
The only printing that allows Pantone hues to be reproduced is screen printing, which allows inks to be mixed to achieve the desired hue.

Do you have a ribbon with sustainable printing?
Yes, we offer sustainable solutions for both material and printing. We use ribbons made of recycled polyester (rPET) and natural cotton, the latter of which can be printed using environmentally friendly techniques such as laser printing, which requires no inks or solvents.

I want to print a white ribbon, but it must match a gift card. Is this possible?
Yes. We have about 95 standard hues. If you can’t find a suitable hue, we can approximate the required color from a physical sample or Pantone code.

I would like to print a multi-color design (about 12) on a ribbon. Which print allows this?
Only digital printing allows such complex multicolor designs to be reproduced. However, it is not suitable for laminated or embossed effects.

I need to pack 3,000 boxes with 45 cm of printed double satin ribbon. Can you provide the ribbon already cut?
Certainly. We can deliver the tape already cut into pieces, hot-cut (anti-fraying) or cold-cut, straight or slanted.

I want to receive the printed ribbon already cut, but I don’t want the logo to be interrupted. Do you have a solution?
Yes. We offer photocell cutting, which detects the position of the logo and ensures that each piece is cut correctly, keeping the graphic intact and centered.

I would like to make a ribbon with my brand name on it, but I want to see the result before I receive the full quantity. How can I do this?
You can receive a tape sample (1 to 10 meters) by courier to check the result before full production.

Do you make PREFORMED FLOCKS on demand?
Yes, we can produce pre-formed bows according to customer’s requirements, even with customized or neutral ribbons.

Can I order customized LABELS FOR CLOTHING?
Yes, we produce woven labels with logos, washing instructions or other information, ideal for garments and accessories.

Do you have ribbons suitable for WEDDING FAVORS and CEREMONIES?
Certainly. We have a wide range of decorative ribbons specifically for weddings, christenings, communions and other events.

Do you provide customized BRACELETS for EVENTS?
Yes, we make woven bracelets also customized, ideal for events, fairs, festivals or controlled access.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
For custom ribbons, the minimum square footage is 500 meters. Contact us to get a customized quote.

What is the delivery time?
Generally, lead times for customized products are 10-15 working days, plus 1-2 days for delivery within Italy by express courier. During the Christmas season, lead times can extend up to 30 working days. Standard products are generally ready.

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe and the USA via DHL and FedEx.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayPal and credit card. Other payment methods can be arranged with the administration.

How do I place an order?
To get started, you need to click on REQUEST A QUOTE and indicate the type of product you are interested in: ribbon, custom ribbon, bow, label, favor ribbon or event bracelet. You will receive a personalized quote with a price lineup based on the quantities requested.

Do I need to send a file with my logo?
Yes, you must provide a vector file (PDF, AI or SVG format) for custom printing. Alternatively, we accept high resolution PNG images, but they may require adaptation.

Can I see a preview before production?
Absolutely. We always send a digital graphic draft for approval before printing. Upon request, you can also receive a physical sample.

How do I confirm the order?
After approval of the draft and acceptance of the quote, you can confirm the order by responding by email. The order will be put into processing only after written confirmation and advance payment, if any.
